- 250g beef slice
- 50g cucumber
- 50g fresh peas
- fresh red chili
- 15g cooking wine
- 15g oyster sauce
- 15g light soy sauce

- Use high heat to stir-fry beef slice. Make sure only cook until medium raw, otherwise, the beef becomes tough and less juicy.
- Prepare the seasoning sauce (in Step2) in advanced. Because beef slice is thin and easy to be overcooked. When you have prepared seasoning sauce, you can manage this dish easily.
Wash cucumber washed and cut into diamond slices. Wash peas and blanch in boil water. Slice fresh red chili into small pieces. Set aside.
Add all seasonings in a bowl. Add water and mix well.
Pour into the seasoning sauce and stir-fry until soup thickens.
Add peas and cucumber slices and stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.
