- 300g shrimp
- 200g snow peas
- 4g salt
- 2g chicken powder
- 15ml cooking wine
- 15g starch
Wash snow pea and remove tough stems. Wash shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, and marinate for 20 minutes. Add cornstarch and mix well. Set aside.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry shrimp until cooked. Remove from hot and drain oil.
Use the remaining oil to fry snow peas until color changed. Add water, salt, shrimp and simmer to 10 minutes. Seasoning with chicken powder. Serve.
