Ingredients
- 300g shrimp
- 200g snow peas

- 4g salt
- 2g chicken powder
- 15ml cooking wine
- 15g starch

Tips
1. Fried snow pea can spread its flavor to the soup. But make sure do not overcook and burn it.
2. Add a cup of water is enough for simmering. Too much water would reduce its taste.
Steps
1 Done 25 minutes | Wash snow pea and remove tough stems. Wash shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, and marinate for 20 minutes. Add cornstarch and mix well. Set aside. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry shrimp until cooked. Remove from hot and drain oil. |
3 Done 15 minutes | Use the remaining oil to fry snow peas until color changed. Add water, salt, shrimp and simmer to 10 minutes. Seasoning with chicken powder. Serve. |
