Ingredients
- 250g bitter melon
- 100g pork tenderloin
- 50g bamboo shoots
- 1 egg white
- minced ginger
- sliced green onions

- 10g sesame oil

Tips:
- Using cooked meat to stir-fry can make meat taste tender.
- Do not fry bitter melon for long. Otherwise, it can destroy the nutrition and vitamins in bitter melon.
Steps
1 Done | Cut bitter melon in half. Use a spoon to scoop out bitter melon’s seeds, Clean and cut it into slices. Wash and cut bamboo shoots into stripes. |
2 Done | Clean pork tenderloin, cut it into strips. Mix with cooking wine, egg white and cornstarch, marinate for 15 minutes. Cook until medium well. Then set aside. |
3 Done | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry minced ginger and spring onions until fragrant. Add bitter melon and bamboo shoots, stir-fry until medium raw. |
4 Done | Add pork strips, salt, chicken powder, and pepper, stir-fry over medium heat. |
5 Done | Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour into the pot and cook until thickens. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve. |
