Wax Gourd and Job’s Tears Pork Soup Recipe

500g lean pork
750g wax gourd
60g Job’s tears
1 dried tangerine peel

Wash lean pork, cut into pieces and blanch until medium-well.
Wash wax gourd and cut into large pieces. Soak dried oyster and job’s tear into the water for 1 hour. Soak dried tangerine peel into the water until soft.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
