    Kitchen Tips

    For the stuffing, use a thick rose sauce. If the rose sauce is a dilute liquid, it is hard to make it as the stuffing for the sweet dumplings.

    Add glutinous rice flour into a pot. Gradually add boiling water and make it into a dough. Allow the dough cool to room temperature, add a little salad oil. And mix well. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Wash dry rose wash, tear into small pieces.

    Divide the dough into small doughs. Make each one into a flat dough and wrap the rose sauce. Then make it into a ball.

    Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Stew glutinous rice balls until cooked and floating. Remove and top sweet dumpling with dry rose flowers. Enjoy.
