Tips

1. This green tea base is used for smoothies and fruit tea. And it can also be served directly.

2. Use 100 ℃ water, or the water is not hot enough to extract green tea after adding ice cubes.

3. Do not directly boil tea in 100℃ water. Because tea is too strong and has less smooth taste in this way. Adding 150g ice cubes enable boiling water to maintain at about 75-80 degree, which is the best temperature for extract tea’s flavor and aroma.

4. After extracting tea aroma and flavor, adding ice cubes to prevent bitter taste and maintain the freshness.
