- 50g green tea leaves
- 1500g hot water
- 1000g ice cubes
- 150g ice cubesUse for cooling

Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Cook water, bring to a boil to 100 ℃. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Stir into 150g ice cubed and stir clockwise until ice cubes melt. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add 50g green tea (tea leaves) into the hot water. Stir until all leaves wet. Cover and use the remaining heat to stew for 4 minutes. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Uncover the lid. Stir until all green tea leaves sink into the water and mix well. Cover and let it sit for another 3 minutes. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Pour into 1000g ice cube. Stir until melt. |
6 Done 5 minutes | Filter out and discard all tea leaves. |
7 Done 5 minutes | Remove skim the foam floating on the green tea base. Cover and store under 5 ℃. Serve within 3 days. Before serving, top with ice cream, cheese or fruits based on preferences. |
