- 110g cheese
- 100g fresh milk
- 500g light cream
- 150g condensed milk
- 7g sea salt
Add 110g cheese, 100g fresh milk into a smoothies machine. Blender for 90 seconds. Use low-speed to blend cheese first, then switch to high-speed to blend until melt and mix well.
Use a big pot, add 150g condensed milk and 500g light cream. Use a whisk to blend until thickened.
Sprinkle 7g sea salt into the light cream.
Pour blended cheese into the light cream. Use the whisk to blend until thickened and smooth.
