Sock dried daylilies, dried fungus, and vermicelli in warm water. Then cut these ingredients into strips. |

Cut beef into slices. Add water to the flour to make a paste. |

Preheat the pot. Add oil to fry dried red chilies, green onion strips. Add beef slices to stir-fry for a while. Then add some water. Bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Simmer over small heat for 20 minutes. |
