- 25g peanuts
- 10 dried daylilies
- 5 dried fungus
- green onions
- dried red chiles

Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Sock dried daylilies, dried fungus, and vermicelli in warm water. Then cut these ingredients into strips. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Cut beef into slices. Add water to the flour to make a paste. |
3 Done 25 minutes | Preheat the pot. Add oil to fry dried red chilies, green onion strips. Add beef slices to stir-fry for a while. Then add some water. Bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Simmer over small heat for 20 minutes. |
4 Done 10 minutes | Then add daylilies, fungus strips, and vermicelli. Continue to cook for 10 minutes. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Add flour paste into the pot. Add white pepper powder, soy sauce, chicken powder, salt for seasoning. Keep stirring when adding the seasonings. Continue to cook for 3 minutes. |
6 Done 5 minutes | Remove all ingredients to a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame oil and rice vinegar. Serve. |
