Kitchen Tips

1. Do not add too much water for the first time, because the flour paste already contains a lot of water.

2. Do not add rice vinegar to the pot or it can destroy the whole dish. Only add for seasoning when ready to serve.

Sock dried daylilies, dried fungus, and vermicelli in warm water. Then cut these ingredients into strips.

Cut beef into slices. Add water to the flour to make a paste.

Preheat the pot. Add oil to fry dried red chilies, green onion strips. Add beef slices to stir-fry for a while. Then add some water. Bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Simmer over small heat for 20 minutes.

Then add daylilies, fungus strips, and vermicelli. Continue to cook for 10 minutes.

Add flour paste into the pot. Add white pepper powder, soy sauce, chicken powder, salt for seasoning. Keep stirring when adding the seasonings. Continue to cook for 3 minutes.
