- 35g matcha powder
- 700g hot water
- 450g fresh milk
- 400g evaporated milk
- 100g condensed milk
- 500g ice cubes
Add 700g hot water to the pot.
Stir in 35g matcha powder and keep stirring slowly.
Stir in 500g ice cubes. Stir clockwise until all ice cubes melt.
Add 100g condensed milk, 400g evaporated milk and 450g fresh milk into the matcha. Keep stirring until mix well.
Serve with fruit sugar or syrup. Or serve as the tea base for various matcha fruit tea.
