Tips
- Do not overcook the broccoli and abalone. Remove from heat as soon as it has been cooked. In this way, the ingredients can maintain tender and brighter.
- When simmer abalone, boil until the soup reduces to 1/2 remaining. It can thick the soup and enhance the flavor.
Steps
1 Done 10 minutes | Wash abalone, make cuts on the surface. Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces, then blanch until cooked. Wash cherry and tomatoes. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry abalone until medium well. |
3 Done 10 minutes | Add soup stock, season with salt and soy sauce. Simmer until cooked. Remove to a plate. |
