- 350g abalone
- 100g broccoli
- cherry tomatoes

- Do not overcook the broccoli and abalone. Remove from heat as soon as it has been cooked. In this way, the ingredients can maintain tender and brighter.
- When simmer abalone, boil until the soup reduces to 1/2 remaining. It can thick the soup and enhance the flavor.
Wash abalone, make cuts on the surface. Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces, then blanch until cooked. Wash cherry and tomatoes.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry abalone until medium well.
Add soup stock, season with salt and soy sauce. Simmer until cooked. Remove to a plate.
