Royal Steamed Cornbread Recipe

Tips

1. Use warm water knead doughs. Using cold water results in a tough mouthfeel.

2. Do not add too much water or the doughs are too soft to make the tower shape.

3. Add milk powder to improve the taste and mouthfeel. It also brings more sweet flavor.

Put all ingredients in a pot. Mix well.
