Royal Steamed Cornbread Recipe

300g cornstarch
200g soybean powder
100g sugar

Tips
1. Use warm water knead doughs. Using cold water results in a tough mouthfeel.
2. Do not add too much water or the doughs are too soft to make the tower shape.
3. Add milk powder to improve the taste and mouthfeel. It also brings more sweet flavor.

Steps
| Put all ingredients in a pot. Mix well. |
5 minutes | Gradually add the warm water into the pot. Only add a little each time. |
5 minutes | Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth and tight. Roll the dough into about 2cm thick and divide them into small doughs. |
