The simple and fast way of Cheese Top Green Tea/Oolong Tea/Red Tea. Mix tea base with syrup and add ice cubes. Then, after topping with cheese, fresh cheese tea is ready to serve.

Tips

1. Prepare tea base in advanced. A well-prepared tea base has much better mouthfeel than normal tea.

2. Add matcha powder as the decoration. You can add it to the top of the cheese.

4. Different tea has various aroma and taste, such as Pu’er tea is bitter and green is lighter and brighter. For other cheese top tea, adjust the ingredient amount based on the form below.

Add 250ml green tea base and 38ml fructose syrup into a shaker.

Add ice cube until 400ml. Use a smoothie machine to blend for 5 seconds.
