- 500g lean pork
- 250g apple
- 250g snow pear
- 15g figs
- 30g almonds
- chicken powder
Clean lean pork and cut into thick slices. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked.
Peel and core apples and then cut into pieces. Core snow pear and chopped into large pieces. Wash and clean figs and almonds.
Add water to a pot, bring to a boil. Then stew all ingredients over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt and chicken powder. Serve
