Remove the skin of the frog, wash and cut into pieces. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked.

Wash pork ribs, chop large pieces, blanch until medium-well to remove the blood and bad smell.  Wash and cut coconut meat into small pieces.

Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil then stew all ingredients over a small fire for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
