- 200g noodles
- fried peanut
- bean sprouts
- green onions
- sesame oil
- chili oil
- soy sauce
- chicken powder
Peel fried peanuts and crush into small pieces.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Blanch noodles until cooked.
Drain noodles and remove them to a bowl. Add soy sauce and mix well.
Add sesame oil, chili oil, chicken powder, and salt into the bowl, mix well. Top with fried peanuts, bean sprouts, chopped green onion. Enjoy!
