- 500g lean pork
- 250g pears
- 10g almonds
- 10g honey dates
- 5g chicken powder
Clean and cut the lean pork into thick slices. Blanch into hot water until medium-well.
Core the pears and cut into large pieces. Wash almond and clean red dates.
Add water to a stew pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. Season with salt and chicken powder.
