Tips
- No need salt. Oyster sauce is salty and has its own flavor.
- Broccoli helps to prevent cancer. It is an everyday dish.
- Don’t throw away the broccoli stem. Peel it and blanch in hot water. Mix its oyster sauce. It would be crisp and delicious.
Steps
1 Done | Cut the broccoli into small pieces and soak them in cold water. Add water to the pot. Bring to a boil. Add a little salt. |
2 Done | Blanch the lovely broccoli (no more than two minutes). Heat to medium rare. Drain and set aside. |
3 Done | Add oil and garlic into the wok pan. Heat over small heat. Stir-fry until garlic turns golden brown. Add oyster sauce and broccoli. Stir-fry evenly. |
4 Done | Add sesame oil to improve flavor. |
