- Don’t throw away the broccoli stem. Peel it and blanch in hot water. Mix its oyster sauce. It would be crisp and delicious.

Cut the broccoli into small pieces and soak them in cold water. Add water to the pot. Bring to a boil. Add a little salt. |

Blanch the lovely broccoli (no more than two minutes). Heat to medium rare. Drain and set aside. |

Add oil and garlic into the wok pan. Heat over small heat. Stir-fry until garlic turns golden brown. Add oyster sauce and broccoli. Stir-fry evenly. |
