Tips:
- Broccoli is hard to clean. Put it in the salted water.
- Put broccoli cold water after blanching in order to maintain the green color.
- Pat garlic cloves before peeling, garlic skin is very easy to be removed.
- When fry garlic, add broccoli as soon as fragrant. Because garlic mince is very small and easy to be overcooked.

Break apart broccoli. Wash and remove the stalks. Soak in salt water. |

Remove the broccoli from water and drain. Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Blanching the broccoli. Drain and set aside. |

Peel and mince the garlic. |

When the broccoli turns emerald, remove and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside. |

Add oil to the wok. Preheat the oil. Add minced garlic. Fry until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry. |
