Fried Sausage With Snow Pea Recipe
100 g sausage
200 g snow peas
- Blanch snow pea until the color changed. Do not overcook.
- If the sausage has a lot of fat, do not need to add extra oil.
- If you like the flavor of the snow pea, do not add onions, ginger, and Szechuan pepper. Simply add a little garlic to improve flavor.
- Do not overcook the snow pea in order to make sure it is crisp and tender.
Wash the snow peas and remove the filaments from both ends. Slice the sausage into pieces.
Pot into the right amount of hot water. Bring to a boil. Add snow peas, cook until the color changed.
Immediately remove from hot water and immerse in cold water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the wok. Add sausage and fry over small heat until the oil come out. Add snow peas to stir-fry. Add salt and chicken powder, stir fry evenly and serve.
