- 1 whole chickenboiled
- 5 tablespoon chicken powder
- 4 spring onions
- 5 piece bok choy
- 10 mushroom
You can replace bok choy with any vegetable you like. Also, you can put your favourite mushroom if you desire, such as Phoenix mushroom or shiitake.
Cut skinless chicken into 10 – 12 big pieces, then mushrooms into equal halves size.
Layer the Bok Choy and chicken pieces and the mushrooms in a container, add the chicken stock to this and put this in an oven to cook for an hour, serve and enjoy.
