Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 2 pieces honey pomelo
- 50g sago
- 150ml coconut juice
- 10ml light cream
- sugar

Kitchen Tips
1. Mango may cause skin allergies. You can wear gloves to cut the mango.
2. Stir occasionally when cooking sago to avoid burnt.
Steps
1 Done 20 minutes | Wash sago and soak into water for 20 minutes. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Wash the mango and cut into small pieces. Peel grapefruit and honey pomelo and divide into small pieces. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add 2/3 mango, coconut milk, light cream and sugar into a food processor machine. Make it into juice and pour into a bowl. |
4 Done 10 minutes | Add water in a pot. Add sago and bring to a boil. Cook until sago is transparent. Turn off the fire, use the remaining heat to braise for 5 minutes. Remove sago and raise with cold water. Drain. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Add sago, grapefruit, and mango into a bowl and mix well. Enjoy. |
