- 1 mango
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 2 pieces honey pomelo
- 50g sago
- 150ml coconut juice
- 10ml light cream
1. Mango may cause skin allergies. You can wear gloves to cut the mango.
2. Stir occasionally when cooking sago to avoid burnt.
Wash sago and soak into water for 20 minutes.
Wash the mango and cut into small pieces. Peel grapefruit and honey pomelo and divide into small pieces.
Add 2/3 mango, coconut milk, light cream and sugar into a food processor machine. Make it into juice and pour into a bowl.
Add water in a pot. Add sago and bring to a boil. Cook until sago is transparent. Turn off the fire, use the remaining heat to braise for 5 minutes. Remove sago and raise with cold water. Drain.
Add sago, grapefruit, and mango into a bowl and mix well. Enjoy.
