Tip

Crayfishes lives in river and often have many muds on its body. You can use a toothbrush to clean each crayfish. Wearing a glove helps to prevent hurt by clip by crayfish. Anyway, it won’t be too hard to handle these little crayfishes.

Add much oil in the pot (Three-time as much as normal cooking).
