XO Oyster Sauce Dry Noodle Recipe
A seasonal XO sauce and oyster sauce dry noodle. You will fall into love with its sauce aroma and in-depth sauce’s flavor. It is an easy, fast and cheap recipe, but it never comprises the taste.
20g XO sauce
5g oyster sauce
5g spicy chili sauce
1. You can adjust the amount of oyster sauce and XO sauce. The oyster sauce adds seafood favor while XO sauce adds seasonal sauce. Both of them are salty. Thus, adjust the proportion only.
2. When removing the noodle to the bowl, add some noodle soup into the bowl as well. It makes the noodle juicy and prevents it to be too salty.
Prepare noodles and sauces. Fill a skillet with water until 3/4 full. Preheat the boil over high heat.
When the water is boiling, add noodles into a skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix XO sauce and oyster sauce. Preheat the sauce with a microwave oven or you can add it to a big spoon and put it on the boiling water for preheating (Do not mix with water).
Add noodles into a bowl or any container you like, then add XO sauce and spicy chili sauce into the noodle. Mix well. Serve.
