- 150g chicken breast
- 25g water chestnut powder
- 15g vermicelli
- 3 dried shiitake mushrooms
- soup stock
- sesame oil
- dark soy sauce
Soak dried shiitake mushroom into water until soft and cut into strips. Wash vermicelli, soak into the water until soft, then cut into strips. Add water into water chestnut powder, mix well to make a sauce. Wash chicken breast.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook chicken breast for 12 minutes. Remove chicken breast from hot water. After cooling, tearing into chicken shreds.
Pour the soup stock into a pot. Bring to a boil. Add chicken shreds, shiitake mushroom strips, and vermicelli. Cook for 1 minute, then pour into water chestnut powder sauce, stir well.
Sprinkle with sesame oil. Season with dark soy sauce and salt. Enjoy.
