Chinese Lettuce With Garlic Sauce Recipe
I love lettuce because it is crisp. Simply blanch with boiling water and garnish with minced garlic sauce. It is a quick dish that's really convenient and tasty.
10 ml soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon oil
Lettuce is easy to cook. Simple blanch in hot water for half a minute, so that the taste will be crisp and delicious.
Wash lettuce and break into pieces. Rinse garlic and pat into minced garlic.
Saute minced garlic in hot oil.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, stir well. Bring to a boil.
Remove the garlic paste from the heat and set aside.
Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add a little oil. Then blanch the lettuce for half a minute.
Scoop up the cooked lettuce. Put it in a plate.
Garnish with minced garlic sauce.
