Chinese Stir-fried Lean Pork with Goji Recipe

Tips:

  1. Stir-fry the time of the meat should be short, otherwise, the meat becomes tough.
  2. Adding other ingredients when the meat turns white. It prevents overcooking and enhances the flavor.

Steps

Wash lean pork. Pat until meat becomes loose, then slice meat thinly. Wash Goji and drain. Wash and shred bamboo shoots.

Add oil to the pot and preheat the pot. Add green onion and minced ginger, fry until fragrant. Add pork to stir-fry, once the pork turns white, add bamboo shoots and Goji.

Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce to fry.  Season with chicken powder and sesame oil. Stir well and serve.
