- lean pork

Tips:
- Stir-fry the time of the meat should be short, otherwise, the meat becomes tough.
- Adding other ingredients when the meat turns white. It prevents overcooking and enhances the flavor.
Steps
1 Done | Wash lean pork. Pat until meat becomes loose, then slice meat thinly. Wash Goji and drain. Wash and shred bamboo shoots. |
2 Done | Add oil to the pot and preheat the pot. Add green onion and minced ginger, fry until fragrant. Add pork to stir-fry, once the pork turns white, add bamboo shoots and Goji. |
3 Done | Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce to fry. Season with chicken powder and sesame oil. Stir well and serve. |
