- The technique for this dish is to stir-fry the cooked the meat to shorten the cooking time. The method makes meat and vegetable tender.
- Fry the tomato sauce until medium rare. Then add all the ingredients to stir-fry. This technique makes the dish juicy and prevents nutrition loss.
Steps
1 Done | Wash pork tenderloin, cut it into slices. Mix with cooking wine, salt, egg white, cornstarch. Stir to coat. Wash and slice green pepper, red pepper, and onions |
2 Done | Heat pot with oil. Fry sliced meat until cooked. Remove from heat and drain oil. |
3 Done | Use the remaining oil to fry, garlic, Fried green onions until fragrant. Pour into ketchup, add sugar, fried until red oil come out. |
4 Done | Add meat, onion slices, green pepper slices, and red pepper slices. Stir-fry over medium to high heat. Seasons with salt, chicken powder. Top with sesame oil before serving. |
