- 1/4 carrots
- green onions

Steps
1 Done 20 minutes | Remove oyster meat into a bowl. Add white wine, white pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Store in a fridge and marinate for 15 minutes. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Wash carrot and mince into small pieces. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add oil to a pot. Preheat the oil. Fry minced garlic and minced ginger over a small fire until golden brown. Add minced carrot and chopped green onion. Continue to fry until cooked. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Remove fried garlic and oil to a bowl. Add chicken powder and salt for seasoning. Mix well to make a garlic sauce. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Put the oyster meat back into the shell and top with the garlic sauce. |
6 Done 20 minutes | Grill oysters for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve. |
