Chinese Steamed Cabbage With Chopped Pepper Recipe

Tips:

  1. To make cabbage tender, cooking time should not be too long. Overcooking makes cabbage too soft and has less fresh tastes.
  2. Since chopped chili sauce and seasoned soy sauce for seafood is salty and both of them already have flavor. There is no need to add extra salt. Just keep it simple and original taste.

Cut off the cabbages’ root and remove its tough leaves. Wash and cut into 6 pieces. Place the cabbage on the steam plate.

Sprinkle the chopped pepper on the cabbage.  Peel and rinse the garlic. MInce into small pieces. Set aside.

Bring the steamer to a boil and steam the cabbage over high heat, for 10 minutes

Add oil and preheat the wok, Fry minced garlic until fragrant. Pour oil and garlic over the cabbage. Serve hot.
