- 200g cabbage
- 20g minced garlic
- 15g seasoned soy sauce for seafood
- 20g chopped pepper sauce (Hunan Chopped Red Chili)
- To make cabbage tender, cooking time should not be too long. Overcooking makes cabbage too soft and has less fresh tastes.
- Since chopped chili sauce and seasoned soy sauce for seafood is salty and both of them already have flavor. There is no need to add extra salt. Just keep it simple and original taste.
Bring the steamer to a boil and steam the cabbage over high heat, for 10 minutes
