Tips

1. You can use and braised sauce, but make sure the sauce is not too salty. Another simple way is to add sweet chili sauce or LaoGanMa for seasoning.

2. Use a timer to control the frying time. Cooking too long can make tofu burnt, cooking less time cannot it crispy.
