How to Make Takoyaki at Home

Takoyaki is a popular street food. However, you can make it by yourself at home with a better taste. The most important thing is, you can add more octopus as stuffing, just add as much as you like! And you can replace the octopus with pork, shrimp, and even fish fillets.

Tips

1. You should mince the lettuce and onion in advance. Mince them into small pieces so that the flour mixture can fully wrap them.

2. You can use Teriyaki sauce, chili sauce or even salad sauce as the seasoning to improve the taste.

3. When mixing the flour and water, make sure to fully mix well and do not have any flour cube.
