Chinese Steamed Minced Chicken with Bitter Melon Recipe

250g chicken breast
200g bitter melon
20g red chiles
4g chicken powder
4g white sugar
- Before cooking, put bitter melon slices in the salt water for a while. It can reduce the bitter taste.
- Do not eat too much once. Chinese medicine bitter melon is cold, which is good for our body but should not eat too much.
- Mince chicken into small pieces. In this way, the stuffing bitter melon will be tender and taste like meatballs.
Wash bitter melon and cut into strips. Remove bitter melon seeds.
Wash and cut red chiles into slices.
Wash and mince the chicken breast meat. Add salt, chicken powder, and white sugar and mix for 2 minutes until the sugar melts.
Add cornstarch. Stir and pat until sticky.
Add water to the pot and add baking powder and cooking oil. Blanch the bitter gourd.
Remove from water and drain. Set aside.
Coat the blanched bitter melon with cornstarch. Stuff with minced chicken. Put on a plate.
