Tips
- You can purchase crab roe taste, it is inexpensive and ready in no time.
- Cut abalone into small pieces to ensure the taste can spread to every single slice. It also enables crab roe coated on abalone slice.
Steps
1 Done 20 minutes | Wash abalone, drain and slice into small pieces. Add warm water to crab roe and make a paste. Wash and blanch Chinese cabbage until cooked, then place on a plate. Wash dried shrimp then soak in the water until soft. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry abalone until medium well, add crab roe and dried shrimp. Add water to simmer until cooked. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add salt, chicken powder and stir well. Place in the dish with Chinese cabbage. |
