Steps
1 Done 40 minutes | Wash abalone. Add cooking wine and salt to marinate for 30 minutes. Wash dried scallop, drain and set aside. Wash the lemon and cut into slices. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry abalone and dried scallops for 3 minutes. |
