- 300g abalone
- 250g dried scallops
- 1 lemon

- Use dried scallop can enhance seafood flavor. And make soup sweeter.
- Add shrimp or crab stick if you like. It is a universal recipe for most seafood.
Wash abalone. Add cooking wine and salt to marinate for 30 minutes. Wash dried scallop, drain and set aside. Wash the lemon and cut into slices.
