Colourful Sweet Steamed Stuffed Bun Recipe

Tips

1. Knead the dough into the smooth and soft dough before cutting it to small doughs. When using a rolling pin, make the dough as flat as possible. It is the key to make the steamed stuffed bun tasty and colorful.

2. You can wrap any stuffing you like, such as sesame paste. It can be a great innovation of the traditional buns.

Add water and sugar into a pot. Bring to a boil. Add wheat flour and starch and mix well. Stir into a dough.

Remove the dough to a breadboard.

Knead the dough until smooth. Make it into a long strip.

Cut into small doughs about 30g each.

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a flat dough.
