Tips

  1. Stir-fry over high heat to make the most fragrant dish. But it is easy to be overlooked for this dish. Thus, prepare all ingredient in advanced.
  1. Do not add too much soy sauce. The main salty taste is from the salt. Soy sauce is just a seasoning that color the dish and slightly enhances its flavor.

Wash shrimps, then drain and set aside. Wash and cut both green and red peppers into small slices. Peel garlic, then chop into small pieces.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp to fry until color changed. Add red peppers and green peppers. Season with soy sauce. Stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked.

Add salt, chicken powder and mix well. Saute until the shrimps are crispy. Serve hot.
