Add glutinous rice flour into a pot. Gradually add warm water and make it into a dough. Let it sit for 25 minutes. |

Divide the dough into small doughs evenly. Pat them in small round cakes. Set aside. |

Add brown sugar, honey, white sugar into a bowl. Add water and stir until melt and mix well. |

Preheat a pot. Add oil to fry small round cakes. Turnover occasionally. Fry until golden brown on both sides. |

Use another pot, add the honey mixture. Bring to a boil. |

Put fried small round cakes into the honey mixture. Turnover occasionally until coated with honey sauce. When the cakes are soft and fully coated, remove them to a plate. Serve. |
