Sole Fish with Tomato Recipe
Sole fish meat is delicious and rich in protein. You can buy frozen sole fish slices since it has no thorns! Even little babies can eat it.
Simple and easy step for this recipe. No need too much seasoning. In the last step, use water starch to make the soup sticky and wrap fish meat. It is really yummy!
You can use other fish meat, such as Basa fillet or salmon, to make this dish.
After the sole fish melt, use kitchen paper to absorb water on fish.
Cut fish into 1.5 cm square pieces.
Add olive oil, a small amount of black pepper, ginger, then marinate for 15 minutes.
Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Cook marinated fish in boiling water. After well-cooked, remove the meat from water and set aside.
Pre-heat the pan and add some oil to cook. Add the tomatoes and stir over medium heat
When you see tomato juice coming out, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and continue to stir fry.
Boil the water and add the cooked sole fish. Cook about 2 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch with a half bowl of water. Pour the cornstarch into the pot and boil until the sauce become thicky.
Then, add a teaspoon of salt and sugar.
