Wash pork trotter and cut into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Peel and core pawpaw, wash and cut into thick pieces. Soak peanuts into the water for 30 minutes.

Add water to a stew pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients then simmer over a small fire for 3 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
