- 150ml green tea base
- 30ml fructose syrup
- ice cubes
- 180g mango
Peel mangos and cut into pieces.
Add 150ml green tea, 30ml fructose syrup to a shaker. Stir clockwise 6 times.
Add ice cubes until tea mixture reaches 400ml.
Add to blender. Add 50g mango, blender until low speed. Add another 130g mango to the blender for 5 seconds to make a smoothie.
Move the smoothie into the drinking cup. Skim the foam on the top.
Add cheese top and fill the cup to top.
