Tips

1. Do not cut mangos into small pieces otherwise, the blender can’t blend it into mango puree.  Add mango at twice to enable the blender works better.

2. Use blender at a low speed to improve the thick texture of smoothies.


3. Adjust the syrup amount based on your need. No need to be too sweet.

4. Use salty cheese top and the juice taste will be more bright and stunning.

Peel mangos and cut into pieces.

Add 150ml green tea, 30ml fructose syrup to a shaker. Stir clockwise 6 times.

Add ice cubes until tea mixture reaches 400ml.

Add to blender. Add 50g mango, blender until low speed. Add another 130g mango to the blender for 5 seconds to make a smoothie.

Move the smoothie into the drinking cup. Skim the foam on the top.

Add cheese top and fill the cup to top.
