Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Peel mangos and cut into pieces. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add 150ml green tea, 30ml fructose syrup to a shaker. Stir clockwise 6 times. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add ice cubes until tea mixture reaches 400ml. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Add to blender. Add 50g mango, blender until low speed. Add another 130g mango to the blender for 5 seconds to make a smoothie. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Move the smoothie into the drinking cup. Skim the foam on the top. |
6 Done 5 minutes | Add cheese top and fill the cup to top. |
