Old Peking Pancake Recipe

For this Old Peking Pizza recipe, you do not need professional pot. You can make the old Peking flavor food with the simplest home cooking materials!

Tips:

  1. Cut zucchini into thin strips. Do not cut too small pieces, otherwise, the taste would be bad.
  2. You can add more zucchini, eggs or flour if you desire.
  3. The original recipe use vinegar and minced garlic. You can add red oil, Lao gan ma Chili paste and other sauce.
  4. Fry with low heat. Do not fry too long to make sure the tender taste.

Wash zucchini (do not remove the skin). Cut into thin strips. (Note: do not cut into small piece, or it won’t be tender).
