Old Peking Pancake Recipe
For this Old Peking Pizza recipe, you do not need professional pot. You can make the old Peking flavor food with the simplest home cooking materials!

2 eggs
150 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 garlic

Tips:
- Cut zucchini into thin strips. Do not cut too small pieces, otherwise, the taste would be bad.
- You can add more zucchini, eggs or flour if you desire.
- The original recipe use vinegar and minced garlic. You can add red oil, Lao gan ma Chili paste and other sauce.
- Fry with low heat. Do not fry too long to make sure the tender taste.

| Wash zucchini (do not remove the skin). Cut into thin strips. (Note: do not cut into small piece, or it won’t be tender). |
