Sichuan Peppercorn Chili Oil Dipping Sauce

Tips

1. When heating the pot, do not add oil. And make sure it is really hot so that the remaining heat for fry peppercorns powders. It is because the powder is easy to burnt and overcooked, a little hot can active its fragrance.

2. Add a little sesame oil will not change the taste, but only improve aroma to the next level.

Put Sichuan peppercorn and green peppercorns into a blender. Blender into powder. Set aside.
