- 5 tablespoons green peppercorns
- 4 tablespoons Sichuan peppercorns
- 1.5 tablespoons white sesame
- 1 bowl cooking oil
Put Sichuan peppercorn and green peppercorns into a blender. Blender into powder. Set aside.
Heat the pot until the pot is very hot. Turn off the heat. Pour into oil and crushed green peppercorns and Sichuan pepper. Use the remaining heat to fry until aroma come out.
After smelling fragrance, pour in the white sesame seeds.
Add white sesame, fry over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour into a sauce dish and serve with hot pot.
