- Add more minced garlic would be tastier.
- Add more bean vermicelli noodles if you desire. It could be the main ingredient of this dish as well.

Clean Abalone brush with a brush. Remove the mud around the meat and shell. And then rinse with water. |

Use a small knife to separate the shell and meat. |

Remove the black innards of the abalone. Remove the black innards of the abalone. And squeeze out the dirty stuff from the bottom. Then you are ready to cook. |

Use a knife to cut a crossing on abalone. Then place the abalone back to shell. |

Blanch the bean vermicelli in the boiling water. Drain. Then spread the bean vermicelli in a medium size plate and place abalones on the vermicelli. |

Preheat the wok and add oil. Saute the minced garlic in the wok until fragrant. Use a small spoon and to put the garlic on each abalone. Put the rest of garlic on the vermicelli. |

In a small bowl, add seafood sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and a little sugar. Pour on the abalone and vermicelli. |

Bring the water to a boil, steam the abalone for 5-6 minutes, and sprinkle with scallions. |
