3g egg white
seasoning
5g green onions

  1. Add more oil to stir-fry cabbages. Since cabbages absorb oil, more oil can make it tasty. But if you worry about calories intake, add less if you desire.
  1. Use fresh mantis shrimps is the key to make dish yummy. Frozen mantis shrimp is convenient, but it has less seafood taste.

Peel off the outer layer of cabbage. Wash and cut it into thick strips.

Put mantis shrimps in clean water and wash until clean. Drain water and steam until slightly cooked.

Cut off the head and the connection of the back shell.

Gently peel off the shell and takes out the whole meat of mantis shrimps.

Preheat the wok and add oil. Fry red peppers until spicy smell.

Place the mantis shrimps over the cabbage. Evenly sprinkle with egg white, simmer over low heat until soup thickens.  Sprinkle with chopped green onion on the top. Serve.
