Stewed White Lotus and Figs with Abalone Soup is a functional soup that improves our immune system and is good for skin and liver.   1. To improve the health function, serve the soup when it’s hot.
  1. Soak white lotus in advance to make it soft and stewed. If not, stew more time to let it spread its flavor and taste to the soup.
  1. Use dried abalone to add more flavor. Do not use fresh abalone, because it might have a fishy taste in this recipe.
