Towel Gourd Lean Pork Soup Recipe
This towel gourd soup has weight loss functions. It contains nori and lean pork to provides rich source vitamins and protein for daily health. You will have a comfortable feeling after having a sip of the soup in summer.
500g lean pork
300g towel gourd
1. Nori is a favorable and tasty seasoning, but before simmering, you should make sure it is clean thoroughly.
2. Add 2-3 ginger slices into the soup to remove the blood taste of lean pork.
Wash lean pork and cut into pieces.
Peel towel gourd and cut into strips. Soak vermicelli and nori into the water for 30 minutes.
Add water into a pot. Bring to a boil then add lean pork, towel gourd, vermicelli, and nori. Cover and simmer over a small fire for 40 minutes. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
