- 250g noodle
- spicy chili sauce
- 3g minced green onions
- 3g minced garlic
1. Do not drain the noodle, otherwise it has less juice to mix with noodle and the sauce is hard to mix well.
2. The key for this recipe is the chili sauce, you can use Lao Gan Ma, seasoned oyster sauce, and other noodle sauce you like. If the chili sauce has no salty taste, add salt and chicken powder to add salty flavour.
