Tips:

  1. Use more minced garlic if you desire. The more the better. You will fall in love with roasted garlic taste.
  1. Marinate for 2 or 3 hours can make the chicken wing tastier. If you prepared in advance, you can marinate and store in the fridge overnight.
  1. Cheese chicken wings are crispy outside and tender inside. To make it authentic, make sure preheat the oven before roasting.

Wash and clean chicken wings. Drain water.

Mix all seasoning (except light soy sauce and dark soy sauce) and marinate chicken wings for 1 hour.

Fill a skillet with water. Bring to a boil. Then add marinated chicken wings until skin tight.  Remove from heat and rub with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Hook the chicken wings. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then roast the chicken wings for 20 minutes. Serve.
