3 Steps Shrimp with Ginseng and Gingko Nut Recipe
This dish contains ginseng and gingko nut which are the most healthy ingredients in Chinese medicine. Shrimp is light taste, mixed with fresh ginseng and gingko nut. It improves our immune system and recovers from illness.
100g snow peas
50g ginkgo nuts
1g chicken powder
10g light soy sauce
1. Stir-fry over high heat to shorten cooking time and prevent nutrition loss.
2. Its ingredients are good supplements for our body. Do not eat too much. Eating twice a week to achieve maximum results.
Wash shrimps. Wash snow pea. Remove the shell of ginkgo nut and wash until clean. Wash ginseng and cut into small pieces.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry shrimp until color changed. Add snow pea, ginkgo nut, and ginseng to stir-fry until cook through.
Season with salt, chicken powder, and light soy sauce. Serve hot.
